"Clyde's" Machine in Pac-Man World 2.
Clyde's Machine, alternatively known as Blinky's Machine and also known as the Lavaboss, is a boss in Pac-Man World 2. It is a giant Ghost robot piloted by Blinky (originally erroneously dubbed as Clyde). It serves as the boss of Clyde in the Caldera (Blinky in the Caldera in the remake) and the Volcano area. It has been replaced by Blinky's Spider Mecha in Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac.
Blinky attacks by firing rounds of fireballs that leave fire behind to hurt Pac-Man before flying off to one of the outer platform so he can butt bounce on the glass.
In the second phase, he will circle around the arena before trying to roast Pac-Man with fire coming out of the bottom of his machine and again before going to circle around the main platform which gives him another opportunity to butt bounce on the glass.
In the third phase, Blinky will now shoot one or two fireballs and circle around the main platform for Pac-Man to butt bounce on the glass again.
In the fourth phase, Blinky will shoot out three fireballs and then orbit around the main platform for Pac-Man to butt bounce on the glass again.
In the final phase, Blinky uses all of his main attacks but hovers to an outer platform instead so Pac-Man must butt bounce on the glass twice to finish him off and get the Golden Pear
