Blue is an enemy from Pac-Pix. Although he appears similar to Inky, he is called Blue on his Card. He is the second most common enemy found, and uses his speed to dodge oncoming Pac-Man drawings. However, his speed only allows him to go so far, he eventually tires himself out and leaves him susceptible to attack.

Blue makes his sole appearance in the game Pac-Pix. He is a common enemy who can evade the Pac-Man drawings by his speed but tires himself after doing so a few times; he can also appear on the top screen but is unable to dash on there, leaving him vulnerable to any Pac-Man drawings. He can additionally appear within bubbles that must be popped by arrows so he can be eaten.
Blue is easily dealt with pursuing him enough, drawing a big enough Pac-Man drawing or drawing multiple Pac-Men to corner him.
