The Collector Cards are one of the main collectibles in Pac-Man World 3. There are 60 in total and they can be all viewed in the in-game museum after being unlocked.
Unlocking Every Card[]
The official strategy guide written by Bradygames[1] specifies how to unlock each one of the collector cards. The descripions are as follow:
- Blinky: High score in Cragstone Bridge
- Clyde: High score in The Spectral Zenith
- Inky: High score in Erwin's Fortress
- Pinky: High score in Dungen Gunden
- Orson: Collect all fruit in entire game
- Ancient Defender: High score in Toc-Man Battle
- Snitterling: High score in The Spectral Cliffs
- Mutonian: High score in Banni Canyon

Although not specified in the Official Strategy Guide, unlocking some of these cards require the goals to be met during your first playthrough in a fresh save file. These are:

Aditionally, although the Official Strategy Guide claims the respective collectibles for these cards need to be found in the entire game, that is not entirely true. Here are the true requirements for these specific cards:
- Orson: Collect all fruit from all leves from Bot Boneyard until Spectral Zenith
- Concept Art 2: Collect all Silver Pac-Man Statues from Bot Boneyard until Dungen Gunden
