Cyclops Ghosts are one of the largest and strongest types of Ghosts in the Netherworld alongside Guardian Ghosts and Tentacle Ghosts. They are naturally strong fighters, with some being seen as bodyguards for Betrayus. Despite their large size and brute strength, they are still helpless against Pac-Man's munching powers. Ogle is the most notable Ghost from this class. They sleep upside down like bats and produce a special goo from their eyes.

This suggests that all Ghosts may be able to alter their bodies since they are no longer physical beings and it would explain the vast diversity in appearance among Ghosts.
