Doctor Eggman (ドクター・エッグマン Dokutā Egguman) is an obese intelligent scientist who wants to take over the world. He is the main antagonist of Sega's Sonic the Hedgehog series. Eggman spends his time trying to take over the world with his evil Badniks but always gets foiled by Sonic and his friends.

Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac (2025)[]

Eggman is the final boss of South Pac-Island in the level 300 IQ Evil Genius and fights Pac-Man inside of his Egg Mobile and his wrecking ball.
Eggman ready to fight Pac-Man
Eggman attacks Pac-Man with:
- Dragging his wrecking ball across the arena.
- Spinning it around to attack Pac-Man.
- Slamming it against the ground of the arena which may get him stuck.
- Summon Buzz Bombers to attack Pac-Man.
When he gets stuck, Pac-Man has to flip kick the Egg Mobile enough times to make it fall down and butt bounce or flip kick the evil doctor's head. Pac-Man can alternatively flip kick him in the air if he is fast enough.
After that, the second phase commences but Eggman smashes part of the arena to make it shaped like Pac-Man and make it smaller while also gaining stronger attacks.
The third phase makes the arena even smaller but Eggman gains another attack where he drops bombs from above in order to hurt Pac-Man.
The fourth phase reduces the arena to a mere corner and repeats the same attacks as in the last phase.
After defeating him, Eggman retreats and Pac-Man follows him.
Eggman then ambushes Pac-Man with a buzz-saw in a fight reminiscent of Sonic Dash.
Eggman attacks Pac-Man with:
- Using his buzz-saw close to Pac-Man.
- Throwing bombs at Pac-Man who must kick back the green bomb.
- Sawing off part of the arena that Pac-Man must jump over so he doesn't fall.
- Throwing bombs behind Pac-Man.
Pac-Man must also evade the spikes and use Dash Panels to keep up with Eggman.
Once Pac-Man defeats Eggman again, he starts to retreat on his malfunctioning Egg Mobile and Pac-Man clings onto it.
Death Egg Robot[]
Pac-Man and Eggman then head into a mechanical arena where the latter shows up in the Death Egg Robot to continue the fight.
The Death Egg Robot attacks with:
- Launching its claw at Pac-Man three times with the last time causing the claw to overheat. Pac-Man must use the butt bounce or flip kick the claw to stun the robot and use the butt bounce on it's head. Pac-Man can attack the claw before it overheats with the flip kick if he is fast enough.
- Knocking Pac-Man off its platform with a shockwave if he ends up going to the lower level.
- Sweeping a laser beam from its eyes across the floor. This laser attack will go in a wave motion in later phases.
- Drilling into the arena (phase 3+).
- Summoning Buzz Bombers.
- Flying and landing on Pac-Man which destroys parts of the arena for a certain amount of time.
After defeating the robot, it starts to explode and firing lasers which causes a claw to fall onto Pac-Man. Sonic attacks the claw to save Pac-Man. The robot then fires a laser to attack the two but they run away and perform a Double Boost to finish it off once and for all.

Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U[]
Eggman first appears with Pac-Man in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U as a trophy for the player to collect and nowhere else in the game.
Sonic Dash[]
Eggman then appears in Sonic Dash for most characters to fight; however, Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man cannot fight him as he gets replaced with Bash instead.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate[]
Eggman reappears in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as a spirit that Pac-Man can potentially fight against using Roy Koopa as a puppet fighter and getting assisted from a metal green Sonic (referencing Metal Sonic.) Outside of this, he appears nowhere else in the game.
Trivia[]
- The Sonic DLC is technically an instance where Pac-Man fights Eggman proper due to him fighting Bash instead in Sonic Dash and being fought as Roy instead in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
