Drill Bit Ghosts are small blue ghosts with drill bits on their heads that appear to always be in a constant state of ghostly panic.

Drill Bit Ghosts appear in "Driver's Pac", where they are used by Betrayus and Dr. Buttocks to pierce an inter-dimensional hole into Pac-World. Luckily the giant drill they were placed on was later destroyed by Pac before anymore damage could befall Pac-World.
