Pac'N-Jump is an iOS and Android game released in 2011 by Namco Bandai Games. It is an endless-jumping game similar to Lima Sky's Doodle Jump. It was removed from digital stores on March 30, 2015, alongside numerous other Pac-Man mobile releases.
Gameplay[]
The player navigates Pac-Man towards the top of an endless series of platforms, avoiding enemies in his path. There are Pac-Dots and Power Pellets along the way, which allow Pac-Man to propel into the air and eat the enemies. When Pac-Man eats a lot of pellets or fruit, he will go faster; and upon eating a Power Pellet, will be able to defeat ghosts for a short period of time. The game is over when Pac-Man touches an enemy or falls to the bottom of the screen.
Controls[]
To move Pac-Man, the player needs to tilt the device or use these controls; there are 2 tilt options due to the game lacking a calibrate feature (as it was made for Android 2.2-Android 4 devices).
- Tilt 1 - Tilt based off of a phone's default rotation
- Tilt 2 - Tilt based off of a tablet's default rotation
- Analog Pad - Swipe area that move Pac-Man left or right
- Digital Pad - Buttons that move Pac-Man left or right
