Fireball Ghost is a red enemy ghost that debuted in Pac-Man World 2.

Pac-Man World 2[]

Multiple Fireball Ghosts appear as enemies in Pac-Man World 2 within the Volcano and Ghost Island levels. Fireball Ghosts can often be found as one or in pairs and throw fireballs at Pac-Man. Making contact with the Fireball Ghosts or getting hit by them will cause Pac-Man to lose a wedge of his health. Eating a near by Power Pellet will cause the Fireball Ghosts to become vulnerable and can be eaten before the Power Pellet runs out.
Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac[]

Fireball Ghosts reappear in Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac with the same role as their original appearance, but this time is only present in the Volcano levels, while Magician Ghosts replace them on Ghost Island. They can also be collected as a Gashapon Figure in the Series 7: Volcano collection.

Fireball Ghost is a red ghost with grey horns and gloves. They also carry a red fireball in their right hand, ready to be thrown.
In Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac, Fireball Ghost’s horns and gloves are recolored dark red.
