The Ghost Ink is an item that was created by a mischievous wizard and the main threat in Pac-Pix's plot. With this ink, Ink Ghosts were created and caused mischief in various pictures and books around the world which lead to Pac-Man trying to stop them but they end up trapping him in a piece of paper.
Ink Master is entirely made of Ghost Ink but has a weakness to gestures like the other Ink Ghosts. At the end of the game, Pac-Man hid the Ink Bottle in a chest underwater, a place where no one would ever find it, thus ridding of their mischief for good.
