Harry is one of the four Ghosts featured in the Pac-Store, aka. the Pac-Man Ginza Style Chain stores. He was mainly seen on merchandise for the Chain Stores, and was created only to help advertise the store and its products. Harry is notably the only ghost not to be present in any of the "Pac-Store" animated shorts, outside of the opening.
