Mr. Stork arriving at Pac-Man's front door.

Mr. Stork arriving at Pac-Man's front door.

Flying above Pac-Land is Mr. Stork who seeks out to deliver something to Pac-Man who is shown to be putting on wallpaper in his house before falling off his ladder and into the glue bucket. Pac-Man then opens the door and Mr. Stork delivers him a litter Pac-Puppies that swarm Pac-Man before Chomp-Chomp shows up to lead them away from his master. Ms. Pac-Man thinks they are cute but Pac-Man thinks they are going to cause trouble, which they end up doing as they scare Sour Puss, and knock Pac-Man off the ladder again and cause him to get his face stuck on the wallpaper. They then start to roll around in the pool table and play with the cue balls, which causes further aggravation from Pac-Man.

The Pac-Pups then start ripping apart Pac-Man’s favorite chair and destroy it, which further aggravates him. They then smack into a rod that holds hats which falls onto all of the pups and angers them; Pac-Man tries to save his collection of hats but trips on a puppy and is swarmed by them yet again. Pac-Man has had enough of their antics, kicks them out of the house, and kicks out Chomp-Chomp as well so he can keep an eye out on the puppies. Chomp-Chomp then starts playing with the puppies on the seesaw before it cuts to Sour Puss above them with a 500-pound weight intending to squish them but before he throws it, the puppies slide to the other side of the seesaw and are launched upwards by the weight. Sour Puss then smiles for what he assumed for what he did but the Pac-Dogs come back down and launch him onto a power line (while the weight somehow vanishes.) The puppies then send Sour Puss back down onto a lawn chair that folds onto him.

Later on, Chomp-Chomp plays tug of war with the puppies and Sour Puss plans another scheme with tar and power biscuits on the puppies, this ends up angering Chomp-Chomp who scares Sour Puss off the tree, get covered in tar and power biscuits and gets chomped as karma for his mischief. Back at the now-damaged house, Pac-Man is still mad at them but Morris shows up and wants Pac-Man to help him paint his garage to which Pac-Man complies to get away from the puppies. At Morris’ garage, Chomp-Chomp and the puppies show up, start drinking the paint and wreak havoc around. Pac-Man and Morris then try to catch the puppies but Chomp-Chomp gets into the car, honks its horn to open the garage door and lets the puppies swarm Pac-Man and Morris to knock them off the door.

Pac-Man, Morris and Sour Puss are hiding away from the Pac-Dogs before it cuts to all of them entering the kitchen in Pac-Man’s house. Ms. Pac thinks they are all hungry and tired from playing all day before giving all of them chow, which causes them to all to get reenergized and run out of the house. As it turns out, Pac-Man’s group were hiding behind a window the entire time and get ambushed by all the pac-dogs and they all run off. Morris somehow reenters the house and hides in the piano, which makes the puppies stomp on the keys, make him pop out in annoyance before hiding again. Sour Puss hides behind the tv but is found out by the puppies and chased off. Pac-Man hides in a closet but the puppies open the door and maul him before he runs off into a corner with Morris and Sour Puss. Mr. Stork then comes back and informs Ms. Pac that he delivered the puppies to the wrong address and flies off with them, much to the sadness of Pac-Baby who wants another Pac-Pet. All of a sudden, a litter of Pac-Kittens shows up much to the delight of Pac-Baby and Sour Puss but to the ire of Pac-Man and Morris. The episode then ends with Chomp-Chomp getting his karma by being chased by Sour Puss and the kittens.
