Itchy in the loading screen when booting up the game
Itchy is an antagonist ghost introduced in 1.3.0 of Pac-Man Party Royale. Its body color and pupil color are a mint green, and the eyes are black. It leaves a small trail of mint green smoke while moving.

Pac-Man Party Royale[]
In Pac-Man Party Royale, Itchy appears as a reverse of the Power Pellet mechanic. They will give the player a Negative effect when touched, and chase the player instead of running away. Itchy will not spawn while they are already active or an effect is active. Itchy's effects include:
- Inverted Controls: Added along with Itchy is 1.3.0, it will invert the players controls for some time.
- Slow down: Added in 1.4.1, it will slow the players speed for some time.
- Bait: Added in 1.4.1, it will make the player vulnerable to all players for some time, regardless of power ups.
- Muzzle: Added in 1.4.1, it will block the player from eating Pac-Dots for some time.
Each of these effects has a different animation while it is active.
Trivia[]
- Itchy may be named that because it's effects are just irritations and not directly harmful, just like a real life itch.
- Itchy's Second, Third, and Fourth effects were introduced in the 40th aniversery update, along with the retro maze theme, the L.A.Z.E.R and Electric Field.
