Macho Pac-Man is one of Pac-Man's friends and one of the various Pac-People held hostage in Pac-Man Friends. He is slightly bigger than Pac-Man, has tiger stripes and a 5 o' clock beard. He is strong enough to break through glass walls by ramming into them three times.

Macho Pac-Man makes his sole appearance in Pac-Man Friends as one of the various Pac-People Pac-Man rescues during his journey. He first appears in level 66 and makes more appearances throughout the rest of the game.
Trivia[]
Despite the wall ramming and breaking lacking any sounds with the only visual indicator being Macho Pac-Man flinching, the trailer showcases a sound effect and him getting slightly dizzy after hitting a wall.[1]
In the sound files, Macho Pac-Man is called Strong Pac[2]
In the trailer, Macho Pac-Man gets stars over his head for a short time after hitting a wall. The sprite and sound for the stars are still left over.[3]
