The Millionaire's Manor is one of the three event locations present in every board in Pac-Man Party. When a player lands on this space, they will generally receive a prize that benefits the player who landed on it.
When a player lands on the Millionaire's Manor space, the player is greeted with four chests to choose from. Selecting one of them will cause one of the following events to occur:

| You're on the right track, add a Power Cookie to your stack! | The player receives a Power Cookie. |
| You're not getting any thinner, you're a Cookie Winner! | The player receives 500 cookies. |
| Share the wealth! Get Cookies from the 1st place player! | The player takes 1,000 cookies from the player in first place. This event is not available if the player is in first place. |
| Today's your lucky day! Get Cookies from all players. | All other players give the player 500 cookies each. |
| Be all that you can be, move straight to the Cookie Factory. | The player will follow a flying cookie, which brings them directly to the Cookie Factory space and retrieves their bonus cookies. |
| You're out of trouble. The next cookie factory is double. | The player will receive double the amount of Cookies on their next visit to the Cookie Factory space. |
