The Mother Fairy (妖精のママ Yōsei no Mama) (also referred to as the Fairy Queen or simply the Queen) is a major character in Pac-Land and acts like a ruler to the fairies and the Fairyland's queen. As she is the "Fairy Queen", Buttercup, the fairy princess might be her daughter.

In Pac-Land, Mother Fairy is a supporting character who appears when Pac-Man arrives Fairyland and rewards him for bringing Buttercup back with Wing Shoes. She also appears at the end of the TG16 port of the game alongside other characters.

Mother Fairy seems to be very caring for her fellow fairies, getting so grateful when Pac-Man brings Buttercup back home that she even gifts him with the Wing Shoes.

She's a human-sized, winged fairy with a pink and purple dress, blond hair and some type of tiara on her head.
