Mummy Wizard was an evil mummified ruler from a far off jungle land on Pac-World who once tried to become all-powerful.
He was the main antagonist in Indiana Pac and the Dentures of Doom but eventually turned to the side of good.

Indiana Pac and the Dentures of Doom[]
Centuries ago, the Mummy Wizard tried to resurrect his decayed form and obtain ultimate power but had his plans were foiled when his ritual backfired and caused his dentures to absorb his newfound power. Rendered powerless, his subjects betrayed him and stole his dentures as his temple crumbled around him. His cursed dentures were then hidden away under what would one day be known as Pacopolis for generations to come until they were uncovered by Sir Cumference. His dentures then possess Pac and Dr. Buttocks before being cleaned by Grinder which revealed that the whole time his evil ways were caused by so much awful denture pain due to how grimy they were.

- The Mummy Wizard along with Jean and Madame Ghoulasha are the only non-Pac-People on Pac-World in Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures to have standard humanoid forms, with full bodies and heads rather than spherical forms. Why this is so is never explained.
