New Girl in Town (alternatively known as "New girl in town") is the twenty-sixth of the second season of Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures. It aired on May 29, 2015. This is also the series finale of the series.

Episode Plot[]

"When Spheros' and Betrayus' teenage niece visits Pacopolis, she and Pac become smitten. So Betrayus devises a plan to use his niece against Pac."

President Spheros is fine-tuning the security due to his niece coming to visit and wants everything to go smoothly which also means that she is the daughter of Betrayus but Sir C calms everyone down by saying Elliptica is the daughter of Spheros and Betrayus' sister. Pac asks why they never see her to which Spheros replies by saying she lives far off in PacTokyo, force the trio to watch after Elli and she arrives as ghosts also possess the limousine she was in. Everyone fights off the ghosts and Pac turns into Titanium Pac and uses his magnet tongue on the limo to shake the ghosts off and then eats them all. Elli comes out of the limo and happily greets her uncle and Sir Cumference as Spheros then introduces his niece to Spiral, Cylindria and Pac, the last of which getting charmed by her. Pac burps in her face which grosses her out and then the scene transitions to a regeneration chamber where Betrayus complains to Butt-ler that his niece is talking to Pac which Pinky is jealous over. Butt-ler brings up that he doesn't even know her which is the point as Betrayus does not want her to go against him and wants all ghosts to not let her look at Pac.

Spiral notes that Pac is displaying proper table manners before quickly abandoning them after Elli says that she eats hamburgers with her hands in PacTokyo which makes her question his gluttonous nature. Ghosts start to attack so Pac turns into Elasto Pac, bounces around to chase the ghosts and ultimately eats them. Elli is impressed with his skills and wants to try the berries for herself but gets stopped by everyone due to how strong and dangerous the power can be with Spiral noting that he turned 2d from a berry and Spiral grew a beard from a berry as well which causes Elli to return the dispenser to Pac. Pac burps and then blushes with Elli before they air board together, having Elli swing on Pac's tongue, Ice Pac making their ice cream better, flying together and finally giving Elli flowers as Spiral and Cyli struggle to fight off ghosts. Betrayus and his butt minions are disgusted by this with Dr. Buttocks noting that Pac will do anything for her which inspires Betrayus to use his niece to get the location of the repository via using a ghost to possess her. Dr. Buttocks shows his special contact lenses that eliminate the red eyes that possessed people show and sets out to find a female ghost to do the job. In a game show, various female ghosts are given a dummy Pac-Gal to find a way to convince Pac to take them to the repository with only Pinky, a cyclops ghost and an orange ghost being left with Betrayus choosing the orange ghost much to the anger of Pinky.

Elli tells Pac how she grew up in PacTokyo due to her mom getting a great job offer but her dad vanished in the Great Pac War when she was little which Pac can relate to due to his parents vanishing and being the only yellow orb left but Elli says he isn't which shocks Pac as her mom has two nice friends which causes Pac to speed off to get a picture. The orange ghost reports to Betrayus that she is making her move but Pinky shows, up ties the slug cam up. Elli is possessed by the orange ghost and tells Pac that the friends her mom was talking about are Pac's parents which overjoys him and makes him want to celebrate which Elli says they should play a prank by stealing the repository which Pac doesn't want to do it. Spiral and Cyli tell Pac there have been ghost attacks all day and need back up but Pac says he and Elli are doing something important and can't say much on it but while he explains this, Pinky throws the orange ghost out of Elli and then possesses her. Pac refuses the prank and Elli suddenly starts explaining that she is bad for Pac and how she should go out with someone he already knows which Pac mistakenly assumes is Cyli, this angers the possessed Elli but Pac wants to know if Ell knows where his parents are which causes her to say that she even lied about it and just as she is about to tell the truth, Spiral and Cyli show up to tell Pac to get a move on and that he just needs one more moment. The orange ghost then swaps places with Pinky and insists on doing the "prank" again which leaves Pac annoyed and head off to help Spiral and Cyli, the orange ghost leaves her host and leaves Elli confused as to why Pac is so mad. Pac explains that she lied about his parents; Betrayus on the other hand is mad that his plan had backfired and angrily fires the orange ghost through the slug cam and gets inspiration on how he can use Elli's heartbroken state to his advantage.

Elli sadly leaves the maze and hears a voice from her uncle Betrayus coming out of the slug cam and says the stories that everyone told her were actually Betrayus getting framed as he lures her straight into a portal into the Netherworld. Betrayus introduces her to his home that Spheros "forced" him to be in which Elli does not fall for. Pac reports to his friends and says that she wanted to prank the president with the repository which is strange as she would not even be aware of its existence and quickly deduces she was possessed which Pac thought of but her eyes didn't change which prompts Clyde to say that it was due to Dr. Buttocks' special contact lenses which causes Pac to question how awareness the Ghost Gang had on this. Betrayus continues his fake sob story on how Spheros wanted to rule the world which she falls for and wants to get his body back with her to make Pac-World "safer" from his evil brother and guilt trips her with his status as an uncle and how Pac told her to go back to PacTokyo. Him saying that makes Elli realize that he was spying on her and proves it with one of his various slug cams and doesn't fall for his act. Betrayus says that he should have possessed her himself which leads to her finding out she was possessed and then forces her an ultimatum between his schemes or her life, his minions try to make her reconsider but it doesn't work so Betrayus she's as stubborn as her dad which causes her to ask how he knew him until Pac swings in to save her with an ice berry as she hitches a ride with Spiral and Cyli. She then uses her ice powers on various ghosts as Pac eats some more and helps him out by freezing the ones he is struggling to get. It then shows the two eating and freezing the rest of the ghosts together and they then fly off with Elli extinguishing her uncle before leaving proper.

Elli gets told what happened to her while being possessed when landing where Spheros apologizes for the rough visit but she said it was actually good and she wants to stay at Pacopolis for awhile longer. She also confirms that her mom does indeed know Zac and Sunny much to the joy of everyone and whispers Pac the location of where she met them leading Pac to announce that they are going the all-time most major adventure ever.

  • The episode ends on a cliffhanger, with Pac and his friends packing their bags for a major adventure. Due to the series' cancellation (with this episode effectively being the series finale), this adventure was never revealed; which also resulted in Pac never reuniting with his parents.
