Ogle is a Cyclops Ghost who acts as the proprietor and owner of Ogle's Infamous Slug Dog And Roach Burgers, one of the most popular restaurants in the Netherworld. He appears to be friends with the Ghosts and often treats them with friendly hospitality. He along with Clyde are the only ghosts who are routinely good all year long according to Santa Pac.

Ogle, when he had his body.
Ogle is a chubby blue Cyclops Ghost who wears a chef hat and is commonly seen with a black and red spatula that appears to be made out of some kind of fin. He has marking on his face that resemble a mustache and a goatee.
In life, he was a hefty Pac-Worlder with a mustache who wore a chef's hat and an eyepatch over his left eye, showing that he only had one eye even in life.
