Pac-Man Wiki

Pac-Man Slingshot was a proposal for a mobile game, originally formed in 2015 by Invictus Games. The game appears to be a Pac-Man-themed variant of Angry Birds. Little information is known outside of a set of four concept screens; these images were published online by artist Laszlo Palfi in 2024. The game concept was presumably pitched towards Bandai Namco Entertainment and/or Rovio Entertainment; ultimately, the game was never produced.

Pac-Man Slingshot was pitched alongside another crossover mobile game, Pac-Man Star Wars. It is unclear what involvement (if any) that Bandai Namco held with either title; though it should be noted that Invictus Games were lead developers on Pac-Man Friends, an officially released Pac-Man game from 2014.

Trivia[]

  • Unlike the Star Wars pitch, the legal notation on the images just reads "Pac-Man". However, the filenames on Palfi's image uploads refer to the game as "pacman-angrybirds", suggesting it may have been pitched as an actual Angry Birds title.
