Pac-Penguins are a species of bird living in Antarctica which only appears in the Pac-Man animated series episode "Around the World in 80 Chomps".
After Pac-Man jumps out of the Antarctic ice, a flock of Pac-Penguins follow him out. He states that the Power Pellet trees grow underwater, indicating that the flock had already powered up from eating the Power Pellets. This turns the Ghost Monsters into their vulnerable states, and they chase them into Mezmaron's hot air balloon, in which they chomp him and his ghost monsters upon surrounding them.

- The flock of Pac-Penguins repeatedly chant "Waka, Waka, Waka, Waka", which is a nod to the sound Pac-Man makes in the original Pac-Man arcade game.
