The Pac-Rat (formerly under the alias "The Neighborhood Rat") is a character who only appears in the album, The Amazing Adventures of Pac-Man. He only appears in the track "The Pac-Rat Song".
Role in the story[]
After Pac-Man recovers from a fall, he wakes up to find the Neighborhood Rat offering to help him know where the Ghosts have stolen all of the fruits in Pacville, but only for a trade. Pac-Man offers his name, in which the Neighborhood Rat now calls himself the "Pac-Rat". After their exchange, the Pac-Rat tells Pac-Man that the Ghosts have escorted the fruits into the Haunted House on the Hill. The Pac-Rat is last heard wishing Pac-Man good luck on his mission to retrieve the fruits from the Ghosts.
