Peace Without Slime

Peace Without Slime is the fourteenth episode of Season 2 of Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures.

Episode Plot[]

"President Spheros is up for reelection, so of course his brother does everything possible to make sure Spheros loses to Betrayus' evil puppet candidate: Obtuse."

Spiral is rallying up people to reelect President Spheros until hordes of ghosts show up to attack the voters via sliming them with a cyclops ghost saying that his president is useless until Pac shows up to save the day alongside Spiral and Cylindria by transforming himself into Fire Pac. Fire Pac questions why there have been so many ghost attacks as of late which makes Spiral conclude that the other candidate is working for Betrayus but Cyli doubts it as Dolores Disc has too much integrity to stoop as low as working with Betrayus as she appears to be getting votes naturally. At Ms. Globular's class, she decides to discuss the upcoming election of a student body president with Skeebo nominating himself and Sherri nominating Cyli which she accepts for the sole reason of not letting Skeebo get the role of student body president. As Ms. Globular is going to get the ballots, Sherri makes herself Cyli's campaign manager with Spiral and Pac also coming in for support and then fly over to the Round House and think of slogans and if she is really capable of running the school's presidential role efficiently or not. Upon entering, they see a very happy dancing Spheros who says that Dolores had dropped out of the race as politics have gotten "too slimy" for her and then cuts to The Creepies sliming her and forcing her out of the race.

Although she was knocked out of the race, a new runner-up has shown up being Obtuse with Spheros being doubtful on him being able to keep his promise especially with ghosts which causes the Ghost Gang to appear with Pinky warning that Obtuse isn't as honest as he makes himself out to be and mentions his role in leading Skeebo to become Heebo-Skeebo but they didn't know for awhile due to how secretive he is. Spheros believes Pac-World is too smart for his phony slogan but Inky doubts it which cuts to Betrayus excited that his four-year long plan being a success as Spheros will be forced to give up the location of the repository and Tree of Life to Obtuse and aids his campaign with the slanderous ads he made. Obtuse then shows a video of young Spheros farting a lot after eating peas (which always made him gassy) to support the air coalition which leads to Spheros concluding that only Betrayus could have made the video due to him being the sole person to know the issue which in turn harms his campaign. One of Spheros' men shows up with a gift from a donor which is a bunch of cupcakes Spheros quickly eats before Cyli departs for her student debate against Skeebo; the students are in uproarious support of Cyli while Skeebo is planning on putting her in a bad light with his group of bullies he plans on paying once he becomes president. Skeebo goes to the stand with a selfish slogan before Cyli delivers her own slogan where she shyly shows up with great support but slips on a banana peel that Skeebo left behind, nearly crashes into Ms. Globular but is caught by Pac and placed at her stand where she argues that Skeebo would make a terrible student president due to his rude and selfish nature (particularly against Pac) until Pac has to leave due to something related to the actual president.

Spheros tells Pac and Spiral that Sir Cumference suggested their presence would help his image with his men giving the two shades and headphones. Spheros eats the rest of the cupcakes, finds out they are made of peas and uncontrollably farts while Obtuse brings a skunk to announce that he saved it from its destroyed habitat that was destroyed by the administration which doesn't stink due to its naturally foul odor but instead due to Spheros who promptly farts on camera which helps Obtuse's campaign even more which causes Pac to hope Cyli is doing better than Spheros. Cyli almost loses her temper due to Skeebo's taunts but Sherri calms her down so she doesn't lose the campaign, it then cuts to Spheros saying he use the next four years to help education and homeland security as he farts again. Pac thinks he's doing OK until a bunch of ghosts invade the area and scares Spheros into crying for Pac's help which causes him to turn into Ice Pac to go after them, all of the commotion stresses the skunk out to the point of spraying leading to Obtuse trying to calm everyone down by saying everything will be alright and that Ice Pac and the others were actually the aggressors against the ghosts the whole time and it was a part of Spheros' foreign policy which stinks which causes Spheros to deny that and fart yet again. Obtuse claims that there will be no more fighting when he is president and brings in Betrayus who falsely surrenders and frames his brother as evil and cunning while he wants peace and how his mom preferred Betrayus over Spheros which causes the latter to say it was the other way around before getting slimed yet again by two tentacle ghosts and causes Spheros to get angry at Betrayus which allows Obtuse to say that there can never be peace with such sibling rivalry.

Pac and Spiral do not believe their lies as Betrayus then leaves with other ghosts in an orderly fashion and sneakily says to himself that his brother's campaign is effectively dead. The school campaign day arrives where Sherri gives Cyli her slogans before Pac and Spiral show up to hear that Skeebo's lies on Cyli is making her lose support as he starts to win the race and greatly frustrating her. Pac and Spiral plan on supporting their friend but Spheros shows up and demands their help as Pac reluctantly goes to help out the president. A bunch of voters get possessed and allows a bunch of ghosts to enter the ballot box, Spheros show up to see the ghosts getting possessed and prompts Pac to turn into Spin Pac to stop them from voting in the rigged election until Obtuse shows up and frames Spheros as being the one to rig the election which they say that Obtuse was the one to do the rigging but his supporters won't budge and they have no choice but to flee from him. Pac and Spiral head off to cast their votes for Cyli as it then cuts to Maze High's student president elects say a last few words which Skeebo says that he will ban Pac from the cafeteria which causes Pac and Spiral to show up and scare Skeebo into the arms of Cyli before she throws him down just in time for the two to cast in their votes. Cyli then says that while she is not the best candidate for student president, she wants her supporters to instead support Sherri due to her hardworking nature and honesty which makes Pac and Spiral very happy about her speech and pouring support for Sherri while Skeebo is angry before the trio leave to visit Spheros once more. At the Round House, they hear that Obtuse has won by a single vote because Spheros had forgotten to vote for himself which causes everyone to fear what changes will be caused by the new president which is shown with Pac It-In Burger becoming Slime It-In Burger.
