Pinky's Revenge is the third boss level, and the 13th level overall, in Pac-Man World 2 and its remake, Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac. In this level, Pinky uses her Blower to shoot snowballs and blow snow out at Pac-Man; expressing her love for Pac-Man amidst the fight. In the remake, Pinky's Blower has been replaced with a Polar Bear Mecha, and the level starts with an added chase sequence before the fight. This boss battle takes place in the Snowy Mountains.

The bottom of Pinky’s Blower is a circular saw; running into it will damage Pac-Man.
In the first wave, Pinky will shoot one snowball at Pac-Man five times before slowly moving clockwise around the arena. While moving, she is vulnerable to attack. You must attack Pinky's Blower 2 times, to go to the second wave.
In the second wave, the Blower will spray a white vapor. If Pac-Man touches it, he will freeze for a second and lose one health wedge. After this, she will slowly move clockwise around the arena again. You must again attack Pinky 2 times.
Third wave is very similar to the first wave, with the difference that Pinky will shoot more snowballs than in the first phase, and you must attack Pinky's Blower 3 times.
Fourth and last wave Pinky will shoot snowballs too, like previous wave, with the difference the Blower will spray white vapor, just like in the second wave, and you must again attack Pinky 3 times, and finally Boss defeated.
Re-Pac[]
Pinky can be seen playing with the Golden Apple. Upon arriving, Pinky asks if the golden fruit means that much to him. Pac-Man answers yes and asks to hand it over, but Pinky took it as a sign of choosing the fruit over her, so she tells him to catch her first before summoning a mech to hop in and fire bombs to send a large snowball. The level starts off with a chase sequence where Pac-Man will have to skate after Pinky while also evading the rain of missiles, collapsing trees, and falling icicles. Pac-Man would also have to jump on ramps when necessary, but once the chase sequence ends on a snow platform, Pac-Man demands to hand back the golden fruit. The mech turns around, revealed to be a Polar Bear Mecha, and Pinky refused, saying that he hurt her feelings. Humiliated, she puts the golden apple in the cockpit before commencing the fight.
While Pac-Man fights the Polar Bear, Snow Pac-Bears can be seen jumping into the arena. The Polar Bear Mecha has a variety of attacks at Pinky's disposal. She can control the Mecha Polar Bear to jump on Pac-Man to smash him, and can claw at him if he is close. She can also have the ability to fire missiles to shower the arena, or spin around in a frost wind tornado towards Pac-Man. The player needs to be on the lookout for the 2 green bombs after the polar bear fires all missiles. Pac-Man can flip-kick the green bombs to send towards the polar bear, but must aim the kick at the right spot to send the bombs back. When the Mecha Polar Bear is hit three times, it will collapse on its back, allowing Pac-Man to run on the mech and butt-bounce on the chest.
This causes the Polar Bear Mecha to lose its cover, and the core is now exposed. Pinky decides to use the golden apple and feeds it to the Polar Bear, encasing its body in gold and covering the core with a holographic shield before firing green bombs at the giant icicle to break the ground and change the arena. The final phase now involves fighting in an area where some spots are ice. The Polar Bear Mecha has a new attack, which involves bending over and firing an ice beam out of its mouth before moving it from right to left. Its attacks are now enhanced, as it can fire more missiles, now covered in gold, and can fire missiles around while spinning. The only time to strike is to flip kick green bombs once they are fired, but now the polar bear can parry the bombs, so flip kicking must be used more than once until the bombs hit the bear. Once the Mecha Polar Bear is hit three more times, it will collapse on its back again with the core now exposed. When Pac-Man butt bounces on the core, Pinky is defeated, and the Polar Bear Mecha collapses, ejecting Pinky before exploding and leaving behind a golden apple to collect to clear the level.
