Pac, Spiral, and Cylindria are called to the Round House due to an emergency. When they arrive, President Spheros explains that he wants the trio to check on Sir Cumference, who has locked himself in his lab for quite some time. Pac consumes a Titanium Power Berry, allowing himself to drill directly into the lab. However, Pac had no sooner made his way in than he was attacked by a strange claw-like apparatus.

Before the rogue machine can harm Pac, Sir C shuts it down with his remote. Fuzbitz, elated that his friends has come to visit, almost immediately rushes over to Pac and licks his face. After Pac explains why he and his friends had broken in, Sir Cumference reveals that he has been busy creating a top-secret invention that would help protect Pac-World. He then asks the trio to help him obtain "Slimetanium", a chemical substance found only in the Netherworld, so he can complete his project.

Meanwhile, Dr. Buttocks is busy presenting his own invention: a helmet that can suck out someone's brain, convert it into mush, and transfer it into a portable bottle. The mad scientist uses Butt-ler to demonstrate the device; after the helmet sucks out his brain, Butt-ler is left as little more than a mindless zombie. Betrayus is impressed by Buttock's invention and announces his intentions to use it against Pac. All the while, the Ghost Gang had watched the entire demonstration play out. Pinky in particular is shocked at the lengths Betrayus is willing to go to get rid of his nemesis, so she resolves to warn Pac to never venture into the Netherworld again.

The trio stocks up on Power Berries and prepares to depart for the Netherworld, but, suddenly, Sir C surprises them by announcing that he will join them on their mission. The elderly scientist excitedly shows off his snorkel and goggles, which he modified to allow him to breathe in the Netherworld. He also reveals that he fitted Grinder to serve as the handlebars of a bike-like flying vehicles. The three teens are initially confused by Sir C's request, but they eventually oblige when they realize only he knows how to extract Slimetanium. Once the four enter the Netherworld, they run into the Ghost Gang, who frantically warn them about Betrayus' plan. In turn, Pac tells the Ghost Gang that they're here to get Slimetanium. Clyde quickly identifies the substance as "Cyclopian Eye Goo," which can be collected only from sleeping Cyclops Ghosts; Sir C affirms Clyde's response and reveals that he needs to harvest Slimetanium from two Cyclops Ghosts. Clyde is eager to share the location of a Cyclops sleeping chamber; however, Blinky and Inky stop him before he can do so, fearing punishment from Betrayus. In response, Pinky steps up and guides the group of Pac-Worlders to the chamber.

Once they arrive, the group of Pac-Worlders attempts to get to the cavern entrance. Sir Cumference tries to fly straight to the entrance, but because the cavern is too narrow, he and Grinder are flung off their vehicle. The bike nearly hits the trio, but they manage to catch it. Upon realizing his mistake, Sir C then resolves to walk to the cavern, but it, too, proves to be more difficult than he had anticipated. He and the rest of the group nearly fall into the lava below; fortunately, Pac manages to grab a stalactite with his tongue in the nick of time.

The trio, Sir Cumference, and Grinder eventually make it to the chamber, where they find two Cyclops Ghosts sound asleep. Pac manages to collect some Slimetanium from one Ghost. Sir C and Grinder try to get more from the other, but they accidentally wake it up in the process. The Cyclops Ghosts grabs the two until Pac demands that it let his friends go. All the noise wakes up the other Cyclops Ghost, who catches a glimpse of Pac and his crew leaving the chamber. The two Ghosts sound an alarm, alerting Betrayus to Pac's presence in the Netherworld. He then orders his ghosts and Monsters to apprehend the yellow Pac-Worlder. As they make their escape, the trio manages to fend off the incoming Ghost swarm. Sir C eagerly joins in on the fun, but his recklessness nearly knocks Cylindria out of the air. Pac manages to rescue her, but the trio barely has time to breathe before Spiral sees two Dragons coming their way. The group struggles to outrun the flying beasts. Luckily for them, the Ghost Gang saves them by dropping a large rock onto the one of the Dragons; the other flies into a stalagmite.

Once they return to Pac-World, Spiral and Cylindria berate Sir C for risking their friend's safety over some mere eye goo. The elderly scientist apologizes to the teens and morosely mulls over whether he truly is "over the hill." As Pac, Spiral, and Cylindria walk back to their dorm building, they realize that they were too harsh with Sir C and decide to go back to the lab to make amends. However, before they can do so, they encounter Fuzbitz and Grinder, who tell them that Sir C has gone into the Netherworld alone. Thus, the trio and Grinder set off to rescue the scientist before his brain is drained. Fuzbitz also comes along, helping to track Sir C's scent.

In the Netherworld, Sir Cumference has just finished harvesting the Slimetanium he needs for his invention, but as he is about to leave, he is immediately captured by Betrayus' royal guards. Sir C is then tied to a stalagmite within Betrayus' throne room. Meanwhile, Grinder and trio follow Fuzbitz as he tracks Sir C; they realize that the scientist is in danger when Fuzbitz takes them on a path leading to Betrayus' Castle. Inside the Castle, Dr. Buttocks, with his invention in hand, gloats about how he will siphon immeasurable knowledge out of one of Pac-World's greatest minds. Sir Cumference tries to stall for time by asking Buttocks how the helmet functions. This idea nearly works but is foiled when an impatient Betrayus orders Buttocks to get on with the draining. Fortunately, right before the helmet is placed on Sir C's head, Fuzbitz charges into the room and knocks it out of Buttock's hand, causing it to land on Betrayus' head instead. He then chews the ropes binding the scientist in place before they make their escape.

As the Pac-Worlders, Fuzbitz, and Grinder make their escape, they are chased a large horde of Ghosts. The two Dragons from before try to attack the group again, but this time Sir Cumference and Grinder fend them off with ease. As the rest of the group heads homeward, Pac decides to stay behind to take care of Butt-ler and Dr. Buttocks, whom are currently enjoying themselves after having sucked out Betrayus' brain. Pac makes quick work of the two before reuniting with his friends. The trio apologize to Sir Cumference for doubting his abilities.

The next day, Sir Cumference gathers Pac, Spiral, Cylindria, and President Spheros to unveil his latest invention: the Lemon Rocket. Pac is allowed to fly the Rocket for its first test run, but as he excited pushes the buttons on the control panel, he accidentally fires a lemon-shaped missiles that nearly hits the President and ends up colliding with the Round House's exterior. Spheros remarks that keeping Sir C locked in the lab would have been better. Pac eventually manages to launch the Rocket and flies off into the sky.

Trivia[]

  • The colors of the lens of Sir Cumference's goggles changes between black and orange throughout the episode. The lens' transparency is also inconsistent. Sometimes it is so opaque that it prevents Sir C's eyes from being seen, yet at other points his eyes are still visible through the goggles.
