Small Pac-Man is one of Pac-Man's friends and one of the various Pac-People held hostage in Pac-Man Friends. He is way smaller than other Pac-People and has three green hair strands. His diminutive size allows him to access smaller mazes or corridors that other Pac-People cannot get into. However, he cannot eat Power Pellets on his own but he is able to get the effects if Pac-Man eats it.

Small Pac-Man makes his sole appearance in Pac-Man Friends as one of the various Pac-People Pac-Man rescues during his journey. He first appears in level 36 and makes more appearances throughout the rest of the game.

Small Pac-Man's green hair and body make him vaguely resemble a Repeater from Plants vs. Zombies.
Small Pac-Man is one of the Pac-People originally designed for Pac-Man Slingshot and had a role analogous to The Blues from Angry Birds.
