Snowball Ghost is a cold suited enemy ghost that debuted in Pac-Man World 2.

Pac-Man World 2[]

Multiple Snowball Ghosts appear as an enemies in Pac-Man World 2 within the Snow Mountains levels. Snowball Ghosts can often be found as one or in pairs and throw snowballs at Pac-Man. Making contact with the Snowball Ghosts or getting hit by them will cause Pac-Man to lose a wedge of his health. Eating a near by Power Pellet will cause the Snowball Ghosts to become vulnerable and can be eaten before the Power Pellet runs out.
Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac[]

Snowball Ghosts reappear in Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac with the same role as their original appearance, and are now present in the Blade Mountain level. In Blade Mountain, Snowball Ghosts riding on sleds will attempt to throw snowballs at Pac-Man and can be defeated by throwing a Pac-Dot at them, causing them to crash into a tree, or if they fall into a river. They can also be collected as a Gashapon Figure in the Series 6: Snowy Mountain collection.

Snowball Ghost is a light-blue ghost wearing a purple snow hat with a white trim and pom-pom on top, as well as purple gloves with white trims. They also carriy a snowball in his right hand, ready to be thrown.
In Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac, Snowball Ghost is recolored green with a red hat and gloves.
