Stand By Your Pac-Man is the nineteenth episode of Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures. It aired on September 21st, 2013.

Episode Plot[]

"It’s ValenPac Day and Pinky is so jealous of Pac's friendship with Cyli, she tries to get rid of her rival, which winds up getting Pac captured by the Pacinator... who is responsible for ‘icing’ the Last Yellow Ones! Pinky and Cyli have to grudgingly work together to try and free their Pac-Man."

Pinky is taking forever in the outhouse as she is getting ready for her date and comes out with a blonde wig, her siblings laugh at how ridiculous it looks before she tells them that it is ValenPac Day so she aspires to take the opportunity to date Pac until Clyde reminds her about Cylindria which causes her to get angry before settling on forcing Pac to date her.

It is ValenPac Day at Maze High where Pinky shows up and sees Cyli and Pac exchanging letters to each other which enrages the jealous Pinky into attacking Cyli but she accidentally bites Pac instead before spitting him and seeing him depart with his friends to math class, making her increasingly more jealous. Back at the Netherworld, Inky, Blinky and Clyde talk to Dr. Buttocks who informs them that for once in Betrayus' life, he came up with a brilliant plan to get rid of Pac for good while simultaneously insulting him which Betrayus overhears and hits him with a frying pan in return. Betrayus then gets a phone call from the Pacinator (the criminal who nearly wiped out all of the yellow ones) and hires him to kill Pac as Clyde, Inky and Blinky overhear in horror. The three then warn Pinky of what Betrayus is going to do but ignores them due to being too focused on wanting to date Pac right as she sees him about to kiss Cyli (when in reality is just taking something out of her eye) and further enrages the jealous Pinky into exploding as they proceed to tell Pac about the threat of the Pacinator and how dangerous he is which makes Pac become determined on defeating him so he can know what really happened to his parents. Betrayus and Butt-ler are waiting for the Pacinator to show up where he does, defeating two Cyclops Ghosts and force feeding Butt-ler some tasty yogurt that freezes him. The Pacinator then says that has gun was originally a frozen yogurt maker but after his mother got him really mad so he froze her and gave him the inspiration to become a hitman and he and Betrayus briefly argue with each other before scaring both Betrayus and Butt-ler into crashing into each other and vowing to get Pac for someone far more evil than Betrayus.

Pac is upset about ruining ValenPac Day but is more concerned about wanting to see his parents again where Pinky suddenly shows up, says she wants to tell Pac something in private but leaves after seeing Cyli before they try to think of a way to deal with the Pacinator. Pinky cries to herself until she sees Cyli and Pac walking together talking over the Pacinator being present and gets angry again while Pac runs off to the ice cream truck that housed the Pacinator where he prepares to fight him but Pinky distracts Pac due to her jealousy over Cyli and lets Pac get frozen as a result. Spiral comes to save Pac but gets frozen as well before he drives off with the two frozen pac-teens which causes Pinky and Cyli to form a truce in order to save the two. It then cuts to the Pacinator locking up the frozen Pac and Spiral chuckling to himself before leaving where Pac and Spiral are still able to think somewhat and discuss on what to do so they can escape but unfortunately are unable to do much due to the brainfreeze so they have to rely on Cyli and Pinky to free them.

Cyli & Pinky arrive at the Netherworld where Cyli eats a power berry to turn into Rocket Cylindria as they both fly to try to trick some guards with Pinky going on top of Cyli but their disguise fail very quickly until Cyli gets the idea to trick the guards into thinking that Pinky is taking her as a prisoner which works as they are let through and enter the prison so they go back and Pinky tells the guards that she can only get the "prisoner" out with a chili sludge dog, much to the disgust of the guards. Butt-ler tells Betrayus that Pacinator has successfully obtained Pac but someone else is willing to pay a lot more to keep him on ice which angers Betrayus as he wants Pac dead. Cyli noticed that Pacinator used a Frozen Mom's Yogurt truck and presumes that the factory is the hideout and tells Pinky to go into the building and open from the inside before she thinks of dating Pac after saving him from this which prompts Cyli to remind her to why they are actually doing this before the alarm sounds and lets Cyli take the fall for it as the Pacinator shows up and fights with Rocket Cyli while Pinky tries gets the idea to save Pac by giving him a kiss to thaw him out. Cyli loses her rocket power but Pinky stalls the Pacinator enough so Pac can show up and become Fire Pac to fight the Pacinator who's attacks now have no effect on him so as a last resort, the Pacinator dives into the ice cream, Fire Pac slurps it up only to find no Pacinator in sight, much to his misery. Spiral comforts Pac with the knowledge that the president's best agents are gonna track him down while Pinky apologizes to him as she and Cyli then proceed to fight over seat dibs before making another truce as she then asks Pac as to what he thought about his "present" which flusters him

Trivia[]

  • This was the 1st episode to have Cylindria saving the day instead of Pac himself.
  • This is the first appearance of The Pacinator.
  • At one point Inky says Bugs Bunny's catchphrase "Eh, What's up doc?" to Dr. Buttocks. Inky's voice actor, Lee Tockar, uses Bugs Bunny in some of his impressions.
  • Pinky actually gets to kiss Pac in this episode.
