- Subterranean Speedway music was composed by Charlie Malone.
- Part of a different version of Subterranean Speedway music can be heard at the end of Namco Medley, by Charlie Malone.
- Although the track is exclusive to the PSP version, the course can be seen in the opening intro of all versions of the game, including the console versions. Particularly, the intro shows, from a player's control, Clyde in 8th place, which may mean the course may have been intended to be in the console versions, but was cut for unknown reasons.
