The page is protected so I can't change anything, but in Pac-Man 256, Spunky's name is listed as スパンキー(Supankii) when the language is set to Japanese. Also, I don't know where ミリョクテキ (Miryokuteki) comes from, so I'm not sure how accurate this information is.
