The Sandbox Evolution is a game released in 2016 by Pixowl. It is a "sandbox" game where the player can create and share game worlds online. In March of 2017, a Pac-Man content pack was added to the game.
The Sandbox Evolution's Pac-Man content later served as basis for Pac-Man Maker, a dedicated mobile game that was only released in Canada.
Overview[]
In The Sandbox Evolution, the player can utilize a multitude of different game functions to create levels. After the player finishes creating their level, it can be uploaded online for others to play. The Pac-Man assets are predominantly designed to allow the user to create custom mazes; however, Pac-Man elements can also be mixed with the other Sandbox Evolution assets to create unique gameplay concepts. The Pac-Man elements mainly mimic mechanics of the original Pac-Man arcade game, with some functions also based on Super Pac-Man and Pac-Man 256.
List of Pac-Man elements[]

- Clyde - Uses behavior similar to the arcade ghost AI.
