Uggles with Aunt Spheria and Pac
Uggles is Aunt Spheria's pet Pac-Dog. He only appears in Episode 25, "The Spy Who Slimed Me".
Throughout the majority of the episode, Specter uses Uggles as a puppet in order to find the repository while distracting the trio until he is no longer needed and left behind in a ghost holding cell.
