The song was created by BryanJo, who developed the original idea, wrote most of the lyrics, and designed the cover art, with some writing assistance from SaffRox7650. The music was primarily composed by TentaBeat, while the guitar solo at the end was performed by Finespunparty. Vocals were provided by JamsDX, one of the creators of the Funkadelix mod for Friday Night Funkin’. The third chorus was sung by YouTuber MissLuca.

Production of the song began on June 24th, although the lyrics had been written long before.
Initially, the original idea was to make the song a bit darker, with JakeNeutron's "Blank Canvas" serving as the initial inspiration.
The third chorus was written by JamsDx. It was originally intended to be added during the guitar solo, but BryanJo wasn't convinced by this arrangement, feeling the two parts would clash too much, so he added it as a third chorus.
This would be the third Pac-Man-related song composed by TentaBeat.
Finespunparty's participation in the song came about because TentaBeat couldn't create a suitable ending. JamsDx contributed to the song in the final weeks before its release in September. Another singer was originally slated to participate, but scheduling conflicts prevented it from happening.
The promotional video for TikTok and YouTube Short was edited by TentaBeat, and the visuals were drawn by BryanJo in conjunction with ThePermafrostt (Twitter).
