Vel-Crow[1] is an enemy/minor character in Pac-Man 2: The New Adventures. It simply stands on a telephone pole wire and caws when Pac-Man approaches, should the player aim at the crow, Vel-Crow will swoop over to Pac-Man and start pecking at him.
