Wild Shark is an enemy that appears in Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac. It is a large, invincible variant of Shark. It is also one of the few enemies in the game that can instantly kill Pac-Man.

Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac[]

Wild Shark appears in only one level, that being Shark Attack. It can be found guarding three of the level's rooms. Most Wild Sharks swim in circles, though one can be seen swimming along a straight line.
When a Wild Shark spots Pac-Man, it will relentlessly chase him with its mouth ajar. Pac-Man will get eaten—and thus lose a life—if he caught. Wild Shark is invincible, which means Pac-Man is unable to destroy it with his attacks. Instead, Pac-Man must swim around the giant Shark so as to avoid getting spotted. Even if it does manage to detect Pac-Man's presence, Wild Shark will momentarily stop its pursuit if it runs into level terrain or gets stunned by an exploding mine.
A variant of Wild Shark called Mighty Shark appears in the Pac-Knight Era level Sharks Everywhere!.
A collectable Gashapon figure of Wild Shark can be obtained from the "Ocean" machine in Pac-Village's Arcade.

Appearance[]
Like its smaller counterpart, Wild Shark is based on the great white shark. Many of its features distinguish from regular Sharks, including its massive size, its red eyes, and its various scars. Its body is gray with a white underbelly.
